Maybe it can be a bit of a pun, where you feel you're being "s**t on." And maybe that feeling is what causes you to not "look up." Meaning, maybe it makes you feel less confident or something like that. I don't know, I'm just giving another possible interpretation. Dreams can be interpreted in many different ways.
