What do i do? i live in a gross dump!!?

My mom doesn't have a job, but has six kids. She's an animal hoarder - and there is animal droppings EVERYWHERE. I dont want to tell my mom, because when my sister does, my mom's excuse is because my dad left her years ago. i can barely get anywhere because there is just stuff everywhere, and it's too hard to clean! i really would like to move in with my sister who lives in a nice apartment, but she duznt want to take me in. is there a way i can clean up the place?? or change my sisters mind??
