Is the Avian Flight Suit Daiper worth it/?

I want to take my pet Dove outside with me without having to put him in his carrying case. I got him a harness and he never forgave me for it lol. He hates it because he doesnt like being touched on his neck. He will let me put the bottom part on but not the top. Then I learned about the Avian Flight Suit Diaper. It doesnt go around the neck and catches droppings. Would it be worth it to buy it?
