My rabbit is 10weeks old and has snuffles!?

Morton is on meds now for 14 days, and I am wondering how often I should be disenfecting his cage and all of his other things?? and what should I use to disenfect it all with? Bleach and water? Lysol wipes? AND what can I use to wash his face and front paws with? and how often should I be doing this as well?? PLEASE HELP! He does seem to be doing a little better now but I know I need to be disenfecting his cage and things. I clean out his fecal droppings ALL the time so he is never laying in it or anything, but what else should I be doing? I am also using Carefresh bedding, how else can I make sure he is staying warm? It is a LITTLE chilly in my apartment at night.....
