We just bought a house, moved in and...?

have possibly heard a mouse/mice in our bedroom ceiling. The seller marked in the disclosure that they had no knowledge of insects or rodent infestation and signed it, but we have found mice droppings and a mouse trap in the kitchen cabinet. We had a inspection done also and was not told they saw signs of mice. Can the sellers be held responsible fro fixing this problem, since they lied in the disclosure? I'm extremely upset, especially since I have toddlers!
