Will my puppy survive parvo?

my 4 month old puppy was acting a little weird so i took him to the vet and they say he has parvo. but then again that was 5 days ago. and unlike other puppys with parvo he isnt having bloody droppings.. and he only throws his food up when we mix water with it. we have been giving him pedialyte as the vet told us to. but online it says he shouldnt have made it after 2 days is there a good chance he will make it?
